A lot of this will depend on your cell service provider and other factors, as well as where you are located in relation to towers. At home I get around 18 Mbps. If I go across town I can get about 130 Mbps at 2 in the afternoon.
Helpful for some to those ideally located but I actually turned my 5G off. That advice was based on the suggestion a phone's constant attempt to make the 5G connection actually causes poorer connectivity (and battery). How true it is I can't yet say.
