iPhone 12 Pro Max iup showing I’m not enrolled

I purchased A 12 pro max on IUP program when I check my eligibility status it shows not enrolled what can I do?

Is it true what the people In apple care I have to wait for second payment for it to show on apple Eligibility status Page ?
