iphone 11 pro max ers replacment question

Hello everyone I havent posted on here in a while because I didn't have any issue with my devices.
But my iphone 11 pro max has something stuck on the screen and the apple store didn't help then i chat apple and they set me up with a express Replacement but I have some questions ?

1 are the Replacement same as the stores ones ?

2 will the Replacement have no issues ?

3 will the Warrenty and the IUP everything transfer to the new devices.

4. once they get the device back will the hold go away ?

FYI I dont care about dust in the lens I just want a working phone that has zero issues and I wont make another post after this.
