This is a bit odd, after installing this my phone is not connecting with wifi properly in places where I've been joining automatically for years. Also my own wifi is not too happy with this, more buffering than I've seen for years.

This is a bit odd, after installing this my phone is not connecting with wifi properly in places where I've been joining automatically for years. Also my own wifi is not too happy with this, more buffering than I've seen for years.

The first thing happened to my phone over a year ago. If I was away from most of my known WiFi location for over a week, it would not reconnect and I needed to re-enter the passphrase. I tried everything from resetting network settings, factory reset and restore the phone, factory reset and rebuild from scratch, and none of those things fixed it.

What fixed it was going into Settings / WiFi, tap "Edit" top-right, and deleting the stored WiFi access points that were giving me problems. It's been fine since I did that early this year.
