If you want a really comprehensive look at both iOS 15 and iPadOS 15, nothing beats the reviews by MacStories. I always learn so much from reading these reviews. Yes, it takes a while, but worth the time IMO. (And, of course, you can skip over sections that don't interest you.)

Is there a way to provide feedback about iPadOS if i'm not on the beta? I can't find the Feedback app in the App store.

I know the Beta installs it automatically.
