iPad set up from iCloud backup

I've set up my iPad from an iCloud backup but for some reason the apps and music aren't downloading. They are just sitting in the waiting status. Is there something I need to do to kick the downloads off? or is there something in my wifi connection i need to change?

Try turning your iPad off and back on again to see if that will get them to start loading again.
