iPad Pro replacement issue

Apple gave me a replacement iPad there two issue one it has a gap on the edge of display dust is getting in there and on the edge there a white thing on the edge of display apple had the last replacement in stock what should I do I posted pics also ??

I agree with this. Take it to your local Apple Store (I'm hoping there's one near you) and get them take a look at it.
