iPad pro camera details?

I

iMore Question

iPad pro camera details.

I am a photographer and own a 9.7 Pro . Images are great but we are used to get the most out of images in Desktop computers so a few questions arise;

What is the native image file type and Bit Depth? Is there a way to get a RAW file from the iPad Pro?

Does the Pro camera has Optical Zoom or simulated in software?

Does the camera have Image Stabilization ? If it does , is it Optical or Software based?

Thanks.

The native file type is .png, unless I'm mistaken. As for Bit Depth, I do not know.

Not unless there's a 3rd-party app that can do it.

Digital zoom from what I can tell.

Software-based from what I can tell, but I could be wrong.

I would really like to know the bit depth used, both for the camera and for the display. If the display is 8 bit, can people see evidence of banding or other artefacts?
