What iOS7 apps should I get for live wallpaper
It has to be free. My device is not jail broken

You can't. You can download still wallpaper, but the only live wallpaper you can get are the default ones that are provided by Apple.

As far as I know, if you are not jailbroken, the only way to use live wallpapers is through the settings (and the only wallpapers available are those by default). Now, if you want parallax effect, well, any picture would do and there's no need of a special app.
