I have an iPad Pro 9.7 and I've been able to charge it before in my car but after the update to iOS 10, it looks like it's going to charge then it goes to Not Charging. The same happens when I plug it into my computer. Before the update, I was able to charge my iPad before in my car or on my computer. Anyone else experience this? It charges fine otherwise. Thanks!

Weird. Make sure you're only using MFi (Made For iPhone/iPad) certified cables. Try the one that actually came with it. If you've already thought of that and you're still having a problem try these actions:

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Try to charge.

If the above doesn't work, connect to iTunes and restore in recovery mode. ( https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263 ). This will force iTunes to install a fresh copy of iOS onto your iPad. Set it up as a new device and try to charge it in your car or on your laptop. This will weed out anyway software issues.

If all else fails, contact Apple Support or take your iPad into an Apple Store.
