iPad apps on iPhone 6 plus?

An example is Hearthstone. Its an iPad only app but with the iPhone 6 plus being so large I think it would work great on it.. Is there anyway around it? Like for example on my iPad I can install an iPhone only app, can we do the same?

Not yet, hopefully Apple will give developers the option to make their iPad apps available for the 6+ and they will take advantage of said option.
