iPad App to create a guitar learning guide

I am after some app advice, I have started guitar lessons and my instructor sends me 2-3 pdfs, maybe the odd jpeg and word files every week with lesson notes, practice guides and other bits and pieces.

I have these printed out and in a folder but want to use my iPad instead. Is there an app that I can easily create a similar thing electronically and keep adding to it every week? It needs to be easy to navigate etc.

Any advice on good apps would be great.

I have found the perfect app, Microsoft One Note, does the job!
