iPad Air 2 freezes once a day.

I have gone 13 days without a freeze now, after seeing them almost every day prior. I think this affirms at least in my case it was either an app that got updated, or a bad install since I deleted and reinstalled one of my more popular apps (Feedly). Since an install new has not helped some people, if it's the same problem it may be a bug or bugs in app(s).

Mine does exactly the same thing and it's driving me nuts. In app, or on home screen ... It does it everywhere. I have never had this happen on any other iPad and I've owned every iteration. With the extra ram in this thing, you wouldn't think it would happen.

The BEST thing to do when your device freezes, is to close down all your open apps, and restart it. Crashing and freezing often occurs because the device and its software are out off sync with the application. Either you have always had the tablet on since you bought it the past several days, or the application just wasn't ready for your system until a power cycle.
I troubleshoot mobile phones and tablets for a living, and I myself forgot to look at the easiest step to fix one of my apps recently. I had to lock my screen orientation, because if I tried to move it, a gameing app would crash. I went online to their support, and saw the suggestion of turning the tablet off. Bingo! Never had an issue since.

I have the same problem. My email freezes and I just have to reboot my iPad. Nothing else works. This is happening every time I use the email.
