iPad Air 2 First Impressions!

I'm still on the fence to purchase an iPad Air 2. I currently have an iPad 2 and an iPhone 6 Plus; my iPad 2 is running 7.1.2 as I didn't want to upgrade to iOS 8 due to the performance issues, etc. Now I'm running into apps not updating due to the OS and/or hardware! I really love sitting in bed reading on my iPad, the iPhone is just a bit too small for my old eyes but I fear in a few months the iPad 2 will become obsolete with updates. I'm sure the upgrade would be spectacular especially going from non-retina to full on retina.

But to be fair the iPad 2 is almost 4 years old. It was released in 2011 and will be supported up until Fall of 2015. That's pretty good going. Money well spent I'd say.

Upgraded yesterday from iPad Air to Air 2.

Speed: Amazing
Display: it almost looks 3D, I can read it comfortably without my reading glasses
No freezing, it's very smooth no matter what I do.
Even lighter than the previous one.
Love touch id.
Improved keyboard.

Just awesome on every level.
