iPad 3 problem with google drive

It will not open.
All I get is a circle with a + Sign in it.
Any ideas?

Have you verified you're signed in with the proper ID? Have you attempted to log out and then back in?

I just tested on my iPad mini without issue.

I've confirmed this isn't an issue with Google Drive/Docs but related to your Internet Service Provider. Please reach out to your ISP regarding this issue.
