iPad 2 wifi 32gb iOS 8.4.1 software upgrade fails

Upgrade downloads successfully, and goes through the install process, then fails after a couple of minutes. No error code or description is given.

I have done a little research online and have checked that there is sufficient memory, but can't find the reason for the fail.

Any ideas to try?

Try it through iTunes would be my first suggestion to you if it is failing over WIFI.
