iOS9 + iTunes12.3 backup

Want to restore iphone due to hanging issue working slow - iPhone6plus 128gb iOS9 + iTunes 12.3

Authorize my pc on itunes with apple id

Stat normal File-device-backup also press backup apps , backup completed after that i see in apps there is no one apps backup in itunes ?

so i try File-device-transfer purchase from"pk' iphone6plus" its start process then immediately stopped like complete but still apps backup not found i tried authorized again also try again transfer purchase still its not backups?

so i have doubt itunes backup my app+apps data in encrypted backup or not !! i am not sure for that ? if i restore my iphone from backup it could restore my app+app data or not ?

if iTunes not backup my apps then how could i get my app&apps data ? Like it was complete restore my iphone data & apps data as worked before iOS9....

Thanks for your kind reply sir , i have only doubt about app & app data backup after update iOS9 before ios9 its work perfect showing apps backup.

with ios9 i took backup i tried transfer purchase but i can't find apps backup in iTunes menu like View-more-apps-my apps before ios9 i able to see apps in my apps in itunes.
