IOS7 calendar problem

I recently spent a week in Shanghai which has a 3 hour time zone difference to my home town. When I arrived in Shanghai I manually adjusted to local Shanghai time. After returning to my home town all my calender enties are now 3 hours out! I have reset to my local time but all my appointments are now 3 hours early. Any ideas out there?

Go to Settings>General>Date & Time and make sure the "time zone" is correctly set.

Adding to the above sometimes you have to turn off automatically set and then toggle it back to on for the location to set correctly. I've done this more than once and more than often a reboot is needed. So I would toggle auto off and then back on then reboot. Once the time on the phone is set automatically the appointments should update.
