Is any one noticing their phone going from 15 % left to completely dead? This has been happening since beta 4, i thought it was just a bug but it is still happening.

My battery life is not great at all. I get about 4 hours.

I had this exact thing happen to me Thursday after installing iOS 7. Was using the phone with 15% battery left and it shut down. Recharged and all seems well, but haven't run it down to 15% again.
This was heavily discussed in other threads here. What they suggested is 1). turn off background app updates. And 2). discharge fully and charge it for couple of times.
