IOS snafu?

The other day I successfully installed 10.3
This morning I get a notification on my iPad that 10.3 was download and do I want to install.
I say yes and get a window telling me it's not possible.

Definitely a snafu......Have you rebooted the iPad to see if that helps?

Didn't even do that, it disappeared on its own, came back a few hours later and now it's gone. Oh well.
