IOS 9 reminders scheduling bug

When creating a reminder in iOS 9.01, when I try to set the date to be reminded, as soon as I touch the date, the reminder closes and sets the reminder for today. Touching the "I" I'm able to edit and correct. This problem can be duplicated and survives both a force quit and reboot. Anyone else seeing this?
