do someone have problem when unlocking device with status bar? I have lag, first I see icons and after a little delay status bar appears. I have Ip6

search on youtube "[iOS 9 Public Beta] Status Bar Bugs" its similar to that, but it only happens to me when i am unlocking device with touch id.
