IOS 9 Jailbreak issue

I downloaded IOS 9 jailbreak yesterday, however when I tried to run the pangu software it said 'The application has requested to be executed in a unusual format', I tried to run as admin and I have a up to date ITunes. how can I fix?
PC specs:
Windows 8
1terabite harddrive
2 gigga hertz
8gb ram

Just a thought, but how about not jailbreaking your device? You'll have fewer problems that way.

Perhaps you got a corrupted download of the jailbreak tool. I would trying downloading again.

I believe that was a problem with the tool and Windows 10. There's an updated version released today it seems.
