I'm on iOS 9 beta 5. will I be able to do an OTA update to the GM or do I HAVE to use DFU?

A couple of clarifications:
You will not be upgrading to the GM version, rather it will be the Generally Available or "Release" version (though technically they should be the same build). Also, you won't need to do DFU, but you will need to do the install via iTunes to go from the developer beta to GA.
