Make sure to get 9.3.1, I'm hearing people are thinking it's faster / more fluid than 9.3. I haven't seen a difference, but I don't really look for that. I've seen several who have thought that.... worth a shot. FWIW my wife is on a 6 with 9.3 and she hasn't said anything, and she'd notice :)
The advances in features and the security that 9.x bring are well worth the update.

There are all sorts of things that could cause lags. My friend did a clean install of iOS 9.3.1 with their iPhone 6 Plus and it was like brand new and no lags again.

I got an Internet speeding ticket on my new SE running iOS 9.3.1

Had a blood alcohol level of 1.4 but thankfully it's legal to drink and surf on the net

Better watch those high speeds while under the influence! This could be you!

I had horrible battery life on 9.3. I downloaded the 9.3.1 tonight and its too early to see how battery LIFE is, but my notification shade battery widget is now gone. It's there, it simply doesn't work at all. Not even for my watch. I've tried rebooting, removing and readding the widget, it just doesn't show.

I'm going to take a look at the SE this weekend.

Visually there no big surprise but once you use one you will be hooked. Less pixels to drive so it's a speed demon even for the 6s I heard

My experience on my 5s to SE I recommend stapling any hair pieces in place before you tap that Touch ID

That's what I've heard everyone is talking about the speed of the SE. Thankfully, I don't have a hairpiece yet.
