iOS 9.3 photos not appearing in Photo app

Updated my iPhone 6 to 9.3. Pictures taken in Messages do not appear in my Photo library. New pictures taken with camera app do not appear in the Messages app. Pictures taken in the photo app (from the lock screen) are not saved anywhere.

Try going to Settings → General → Reset, and then select "Reset All Settings".
