iOS 9.1 Public Beta 1 available?

i have registered for iOS 9 public beta and currently my iPhone 6 is running iOS 9 public beta 3(13A4325c). I just was checking if GM is available OTA for public beta users, i got prompt for iOS 9.1 public beta 1. i lost my internet connection post that and now its unable to find any update. is it available to any other user?
