After update to ios8 i can't write sms and use 3g, i have simlocked cdma sprint iphone 5, does anybody know way to make this work? When i was on ios7 i made jb, and found rsim patch to unlock. But now this patch dosen't work.

Since you updated to iOS 8, is it possible that you are no longer JB and that you may need to re-jailbreak and/or find an updated rsim patch or something? I don't know anything about JBing so I'm just asking questions.
There is no jailbreak for iOS 8, so an update to iOS 8 definitely removed the jailbreak. Furthermore if the update was done OTA, that is not a recommended way to remove a jailbreak and should be done as a full restore from iTunes.
