IOS 8 family sharing - I see two family reminders

Any idea why two "family" reminder lists are shown in reminders? It used to be only one until my son and wife signed into their own iCloud accounts. We only need one. Two are not necessary.

Any idea why two "family" reminder lists are shown in reminders? It used to be only one until my son and wife signed into their own iCloud accounts. We only need one. Two are not necessary.

Just noticed something else very strange. I was checking to see if a 2nd "family" calendar had appeared which it did not but, I renamed the shared family calendar from "family" to "family calendar" and this also changed the name of the unwanted family reminder to "family calendar".

I don't use Family Sharing. So I don't know this. Hopefully someone will come along and help you sort this out.

I seem to have fixed the problem by turning off family sharing and then reenabling it.
