iOS 7 wallpaper issue

Let me start off by saying I love everything about iOS 7....that is, except for the wallpaper issue. For some reason, I cannot set a custom wallpaper. For example, if I want to use a picture of me and my girlfriend, I can't: it's too zoomed in and I can't even zoom out. Anyone else have this problem with the wallpaper? I even have the motion off. But that doesn't help.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated 👍

Thank you, the link helped. I downloaded the app. For some reason, the Parallax effect didn't work, but the app did. So thanks again.

I'm glad you got the app that Taz recommended. That can be very frustrating not to be able to use the images you take with your iPhone and use them as a wallpaper.
Otherwise to resize the dimension for iPhone 5 series is 640x1136
