This is just a message to all iOS 7 users not to install the Not-So-Smart tweak from Cydia.
It is not yet compatible with iOS 7, and will cause Safari to freeze for around 12 seconds every time you use the swipe back/forward gesture.
The effect is easily reversed by uninstalling, but I just wanted to make people aware of this problem.
