iOS 7 Restore From Backup Problem

I have just updated to iOS 7 on my iPad Mini. It looks great, but only if when setting it up, I select "Setup as New iPad" instead of "Restore from iTunes Backup". If I select "Restore from iTunes Backup", it goes into a boot loop. I have tons of songs and gaming scores and other things on that backup that I want back. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated!

You will probably have to use something like iBackupBot to selectively restore things
