iOS 7 photo issue after restore

After doing a restore on my 4S running the latest version of iOS 7, my photos come back as just white boxes instead of the actual photo. I tried doing a hard reset, and restoring as new, but same issue happens.

Any suggestions?

Do you happen to have that same backup on iCloud so you could try to restore that backup through there? That's a weird issue that I've never came across before. And you're not getting an over capacity message on iTunes?
