Seriously.

iOS 7.1 is a DEVELOPER beta. If you were a developer, you’d already know that. If you aren’t, perhaps you should not have been messing around with a beta release - especially if you’re not sure what you’re doing. #justsaying

theres a way to restore a 7.1 backup from itunes on a 7.0 device, you have to find where the backups are saved on the computer, download a plist editor and edit the back up to say 7.0.4 instead of 7.1. the line of text should be in the manifest fold i do believe

Yes... put the device in DFU mode and restore. Now, it?s very likely that you can?t restore a 7.0x device from a 7.1 backup, so getting all your data back could be an issue...

How to put your iPhone or iPad into DFU mode | iMore

All I do is shift(windows) + click restore to downgrade from betas and it's work every single time.

I always set up my devices as new every time I restore.

I had to do this last week with my Restrictions because my daughter was playing on my phone and set a restrictions password that she couldn't remember. I was so aggravated!!!!
