I have an AT&T iPhone 5 im in an area with good lte coverage. This usage is strictly lte this included twitter, texting, and snapchat. Is this battery normal? I hadn't used phone on previous versions I bought phone used with 7.0.4 and immediately updated

I highly suggest that you backup your device, put it DFU mode, and restore it via iTunes, and when you're done, set it up as a new device. After you've installed your apps and set up your homescreens to your liking, go through each and every setting and make changes accordingly.

This was best i got so far. Mobile data off, wifi on 24/7.
And I noticed when I turn on lte, battery drains faster even the phone is not using data services. And it becomes warm. So I turn on lte only when necessary.

No, you should be getting way more usage that what is depicted in your initial post, and that's why I recommended that you restore it and set it up as new.
