According to 9to5 Mac:

"iOS 16.3.1 is rolling out today to iPhone users, alongside iPadOS 16.3.1 for iPad. These updates include fixes for iCloud performance, Siri and Find My, and Crash Detection optimizations for iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro models. Head below for the full release notes.

You can update your iPhone to iOS 16.3.1 by heading to the Settings app, choosing General, then choosing Software Update. The build number for today’s update is 20D67. It’s available for any iPhone capable of running iOS 16, which includes the iPhone 8 and newer.

“This update provides important bug fixes and security updates for your iPhone,” Apple says.

iCloud settings may be unresponsive or incorrectly display if apps are using iCloud
Siri requests for Find My may not work
Crash Detection optimizations on iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro models
Alongside iOS 16.3.1, Apple is also rolling out the following updates for its other platforms today:

HomePod Software Version 16.3.2
iPadOS 16.3.1
tvOS 16.3.2
watchOS 9.3.1
macOS Ventura 13.2.1"

For what it's worth, my iPhone 12Pro has not yet received the update. (EDITED... it just showed up!)

Has anyone noticed a decrease in battery life with 16.3.1? Before this update I could go a week without charging but now maybe 36 to 48 hours then I need to charge. I shut off the "Clean Energy Charging" but that has not helped. All of the other settings are the same as they were before the update.

Is this iOS or iPadOS? Because an iPhone that lasts 36 to 48 hours between charges is incredible :|

iOS for iPhone. I am not a real power user on my iPhone. I do use it for work plus it is our main phone at home. But before the IOS 16.3.1 update, like I stated, would last at least 5 days, maybe 4 days if I was using it heavier than normal. I contacted Apple support and they had me reload the the IOS and restore the phone from a backup. I'll see what happens over the next couple of days.
