Very odd ! So I go to my iPad to see if iOS 15:6 is available yet. and there it is, already updated ?? Automatic Updates is off ! How come ?

Since updating to IOS 15.6 when I to clear Safari history and website data in “Settings” and “Safari” I receive a choice to to close all tabs. When I leave Safari I close all tabs. I also receive this dialogue when clear history and website data after closing an APP but doesn’t access Safari.
