From what I've been reading here and elsewhere, that's my impression as well. I'm looking forward to the public release!

Indeed. The only issue I had with the previous two betas was “website data” wasn’t populating on my iPhone and iPad Pro in the Safari advanced settings. I reported it to Apple and they did contact me for additional information and now the issue has been resolved.
