Not seeing it yet. Still see 15.0.2 as latest. Anyone have an idea why this may be happening? Usually see updates right away. Using 13 Pro.

Edit: not showing on my wife’s XS Max either. Says 15.0.2 as latest.

Well… this works now, all of a sudden:

P.S.: This will not show up on Apple Watch, because the QR is way too big.

So, I have heard

I don’t see the option to add it, I only see Debit or Credit card and Transit card. I’m on 15.1.
Using the Camera app on your iPhone, scan the QR code issued by a compatible public health agency (in my case, that was the Québec Public Health); you should see a Health app shortcut overlaid, tap on it.

Once you add it to your Health.app immunization records, it should either add it automatically to your Wallet app, or offer a button to have it added.
