iOS 14.6 - Calendar - Regular Weekly Meeting - Different Start Time Once a Month

I'm pretty happy with my iPhone SE 2020 after a year+.
I've run into a problem with the Calendar function using iOS 14.6.
I have a weekly meeting. On the 3rd Tuesday of every month is starts 45 minutes later than on the other Tuesdays.
Is there a way to set this up as a recurring meeting, or do I need to enter each one separately?
If there is a way, please let me know how it is done.
