Same here and it’s the same on my iPad Pro, Mac Mini M1 and my Watch.

All is well on my end.
I’m not sure about the Siri voices though. Meh. It’s not keeping me awake yet, so I guess that’s a win for Apple then.

One reason is that security issues were found with the production versions, so those very likely needed correction in the beta versions as well.

Is it alarming that Apple has released two security updates within the last few weeks. I know they usually do of course but it just seems to be close together the last few update

With more people targeting iOS and macOS, they have to take steps to protect its products and those who use them.

I’m not alarmed at all. I’m glad that Apple is addressing the security issues.

Not really. I would be more alarmed that they would not have corrected those vulnerabilities in due time.

Once a vulnerability is discovered, it’s a matter of time before someone else finds a way to use it for their means. I prefer more security updates than less.

Obviously Apple believed there were security risks to their products and consumers.

What would annoy me is if they were to go the selectable security update route; the exact opposite of what Microsoft did with their Windows 10 operating system where you can no longer select a specific security update without taking them all.

That’s the beauty of Apple updates. You don’t get to choose. The only choice you get is to update or not to update. And that has to stay that way.

I have a weird defect in this beta.

After a certain amount of uptime, my device will no longer load web views in third-party apps.

It will heal after restarting for a random amount of time.

This started for me in beta 5 and so far haven’t seen it in beta 6
