The reason I asked is because it won’t download for me either. I live in the U.S.
It says “downloading” but is stuck at 0% though it does say”American”.
Weird.

For what it’s worth, I’m on beta 2 and it has always worked for me, ever since Siri became a thing on iOS.

I seldom use Siri so it may actually work fine. I’ll try it later. Just strange how it’s appearing to download the voice.

Another issue with this Beta...I can not do backup on icloud. It starts and then pop up this message, as I if I am not on wifi.

Did you reboot your iPhone and try it again? Just asking because I don’t have this issue.

Yes I dis. Actually I installed Beta 25.6. and backing up has obviously worked fine until I reset all setings.

I am wishing I never upgraded to ios 13. After not being able to upload my photos via one drive they are currently being uploaded as I type this. I am currently having problems downloading app updates from the app store too. This is a nightmare

Lol it is beta 1. If you are that upset about it, go back to IOS12. I mean you had to expect there would be some bugs especially with it being the first public beta.

Yes! And the keyboard disappears at times. Have to close out iMessage and start over.

These betas are overall buggier than the iOS betas, but that’s what you have to expect, I guess.

I found when it freezes, I go back to the contacts menu, pull down on it so the search bar shows, then go back in and it works. Strange, but better than closing it out. Not sure about the vanishing keyboard. I have that happen sometimes anyway, using a 3rd party keyboard.
