Another example of IOS 13 not being smooth. I have noticed that Instagram has this loading screen however, it will hang and crash the app. Come on Apple!

It's probably the app's fault. You may have had a crash that caused faulty data. I suggest uninstalling the app and re-install it to start over from scratch. This happened to me with a different app; reinstalling fixed the problem.

No issues here but I don’t use mail so I can’t chime in on that. I use outlook which also works great on my watch.

Use Instagram all the time, and yet to see that. Have tried to reinstall the app.

Maybe that's an Instagram/Facebook issue. Maybe they need to update. I haven't had any issues like that. But I don't use Instagram.
