iOS 11 downloading for 4 days so far, on iPhone 6s Plus 64gb , why ???

I have download the iOS11 to my iPhone 6s Plus , but all I see during the process is the apple logo, and it never finish yet , frustrating aeh.

Sounds like it got stuck, have you tried hard resetting?

I did , but it's the same and today is the day 5 for still downloading

Finally I made it, I have read on line that the SIM card may cause an issue , but I didn’t think about it as if my problem, but this morning I have decided to take the sim card out and wait 30 minutes,
And it was done in less then 5 minutes wow what a surprise.
