iOS 11.03 Press and hold to delete an app or to move icons is not working. I only get the force touc

What am I doing wrong? This has been no problem for me before now. I’m experiencing this on my iPhone 8+.

Light press don’t push down

I was definitely going in the wrong direction. Pressing harder because it was not working.

7 Plus does the same thing. Lightly pressing brings up the delete option. Hard pressing brings up app options.

If you’re trying to move multiple at he same time, move the first icon to the bottom left while continuing to hold it and tap another icon.
