iOS 10 incoming call

Anyone else running iOS 10 notice when you have an incoming call, it sends the caller straight to voicemail after like one ring? I'm just curious if I'm the only one that's all thanks!

Not happening with my iPhone 6 running iOS 10. My phone is ringing as it normally would.
