iOS 10.3 Beta 7: Contacts Company field getting deleted automatically

I am experiencing an abnormal issue since last 2 months. Whenever, I create a new contact and insert something in "Company" field, it is getting deleted automatically when I open contact next time. Older contacts already saved aren't disturbed, only new contacts created are affected.
What could be reason? very abnormal problem.

What are you using to store and sync your contacts (i.e. iCloud, Google, etc.). I've heard of this problem before and the cause was that the service syncing contacts didn't support the "company" field and was discarding it.
