No the beta 11 profile will give you just that iOS 11.

You have to remove it and download iOS 10 beta profile and install it. This will give you the newest 10 beta.

So did they just forget about 10.3.3 lol...? Pretty sure we were all expecting this to drop by now judging by the build number but...guess not. That, or that would've at least dropped another beta by now if they're still working on it...

iOS 10.3.3 public beta is what shows as available on my phone. I've been on the 10 betas for a year, but am holding back at 10.1.1.

The whole AFFS was a colossal failure. Apple could not adapt it properly on current devices.

“The iOS transition to APFS seems to have gone very smoothly except for some Unicode normalization issues.”

That does not equate to ‘a colossal failure’ in my opinion.
