"Gold Master" is only a thing with x.0 releases and are clearly released as such.

Yes Apple only releases with a x.0 version has GM name on betas but a gold master is actually any final candidate build. Apple doesn't have to call it a gold master to be a gold master.

I can't download the latest beta version with an iPhone 7 Plus. I have installed and re-installed the iOS beta Software Profile, rebooted a few times and software update is still saying that my software is up to date with 10.0.3.

Am I missing something?

Thanks.

I'm having the same problem, same phone. I hope someone can help us. I'd like to get my recent backup on here.

Have the profile installed and no update available on standard 10.0.3. Does it sometimes take time for the servers to offer up the beta or should it happen right away?

I am wondering is the 10.1 beta will only install over 10.0.1 and not 10.0.2 or 10.0.3 (which were not yet released when the 10.1 beta 1 was released.) So far it seems that everybody complaining about the beta not installing are already running 10.0.2 or 10.0.3.

I wish I could somehow downgrade to 10.0.1 because I really want 10.1. I miss the betas.

Its not that's it won't install. Phone doesn't even see it. Profile is installed and feedback app showed up. Just says that software is up to date.

Sure, what I really meant was that I'm guessing the phone doesn't see the beta as an upgrade to 10.0.2 or 10.0.3 and won't provide the beta to those phones. So far it seems everyone who reports not being able to download the beta is on one of those versions.

I had 10.0.2 installed when I upgraded to Beta. I didn't join the program until last Saturday and it installed without any issues.

Frankly it's embarrassing that Apple is still having issues with Bluetooth connections in iOS 10. The betas are a slight improvement but it's still not acceptable. This has been going on since the very first iOS 10 beta.
