Invisible APP??

I'm having a lil problem with my iphone 3g. I seem to get some 4 invisible/transparent apps on the home screen every once and a while. I Have no idea why and how this came about. The phone has been jailbroken but i've restored and still have the same issue. When opened it takes me 2 a page called dezign999 When i hold an app down as to delete i see the "Invisible app" X appear and all it says is "would you like to delete bookmark". How do i stop this, its very annoying. THANKS
